There's a lot of people out there that seem to have this problem. The most likely reason for it, is because they have lost so much weight so fast without their bodies having a reasonable amount of time to adapt to its new environment.

This is a result of what happens when you lose a lot of weight too quickly, if you have read my healthy ways to losing weight article then you know what I'm talking about. This is also common in people that have just undergone surgery for weight loss.

The good news is that there is a solution to this. The body is an amazing thing. It cools us down when we are too hot, it tries to heat us up when we are too cold. It fights off virus's and bacteria when we get sick.

There are many amazing things that the body does for us that are just unbelievable, and fortunately for you, getting rid of that extra loose skin is one of them.

You shouldn't worry too much about that loose skin because over time, as you keep working out, your body will start to adapt and will get rid of it for you. I'm not saying that there is no work on your part because there is. You can't just sit on your butt all day and expect your body to do all the work, you have to give it some kind of precipitation.

Personally, for your work out regime, I would say that you need to focus more on building muscle, because as you build more and more muscle, the tighter that loose skin is going to get on you.

Furthermore, remember to get a necessary amount of protein implemented into your diet, because protein really feeds those muscles the fibers they need to grow. And if a lot of your loose skin is in your stomach area, do a lot of crunches and ab exercises to speed the tightening process because not only will it tighten up your skin, but when you do lose all that loose skin, you'll be amazed at what you see. ; )

So, don't worry too much about this minor problem because eventually it will tighten up for you. It's just all part of the process.

I hope this information really helps those of you that are in stress....

I wish you the best of luck.
