We are all used to eat snacks while watching TV. While we are watching TV we are not focused on eating therefore we eat a lot more food. We usually eat the whole plate if we eat in front of television. When we eat food we should not be doing anything else. This way we will feel when we are fed and we will stop eating. Research has shown that regular green tea drinking reduces chances of cancer. Green tea accelerates human metabolism, which causes for body to use more calories and therefore help you get in shape.

We live in a world where we work most of the time and we are left with less time to ear. We usually eat two to three meals in a day. When we eat we usually eat until we are full and this is wrong. We should eat at least five times a day. Meals should be small and frequent. If you eat many times in a day you wont feel starving and your metabolism will work all the time burning calories.

Research has shown that if you eat a fruit before your meal you will eat less of your meal. You wont feel so hungry and therefore eat less.

5.Replace junk food with nuts, fruits and vegetables

If you can not resist eating while reading a book or watching a movie replace your junk food with healthier snacks. High calorie food like salty chips, chocolate and potato chips should be replace with vegetables, fruits and nuts. You will soon notice difference on your pants and you will also feel better. You will also consume a lot of vitamins and minerals which will result with you being healthy.

People do not like to exercise alone. So it may be wise to invite your friends to join you at exercise. There are organized group training exercises with music and dancing. You wont feel like exercising you will have fun while exercising. Think about it, spend time with your friends while exercising. How great is that.
