whats the quickest and easyest way to unleash slant

ok so im 15 and 5'3 and i want to do modeling but where i want to model at you have to weigh less than 116 lbs whats the fastest and easyest way that i can loose weight asap??'

I know, I've answered this question before, but I always seem to have the same response, it really is about a natural full grain, fruit, vegetable and protein diet. The Food Pyramid was revised in 2005 it's now more user friendly, and I advise everybody to go to this site. There are now 6 food groups:

Protein Sub Group----fat, oil, sweets, USE IN MODERATION

Milk, yogurt, cheese, (2-3 serving) per day

1 serving is: 1/2 c milk, yogurt, cheese (skim milk variety)

Whole grains, bread, cereal, rice, pasts -----2-11 servings per day

these are carbs; 1 serving is; 1 slice of bread; 1/2 rice, cereal, or pasta

1 flour tortilla, ( stone ground 100% whole wheat flour)

1 serving is= 1/2 c leafy veggies, 1/2 cup cooked or raw, 3/4 veggie juice

Fruits---2-4 servings' 1 serving is- 1 medium apple, orange, abnana

Beans, eggs, lean meat, fish 2-3 servings per day

serving size iss 1 egg, 1/2 c dry beans; 1/3 c nuts, (watch out there high in fat)

Fats and sweets, use "sparingly" this includes, salad dressings, oil, cream, butterm margarine, sugar, soft drinks, candy,sweet deserts.

IF your ona 1600 diet you need only 6 tsp of sugar per day

Multiply your total calories by 0.30 to get calories from fat; 2200 calories x 0.30 =660 from fat.

Divide calories from fat by 9 ( Each fat gram has 9 calories) 660 divided by 9= 73 grams of fat.

The new calories for us are:

2200 for children, teens, active women, and sedentary men

2800 for teen boys, active men, very active women.,

Everthing I say, sometimes sounds boring even to me, but it works, if you want to lose weight, you eat real food, and exercise, and the rest will come, in time!:D
